Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and continuing to use Site Mills, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind that organization.

2. Our Platform

Site Mills provides a managed, AI-driven environment for generating, editing, compiling, and deploying applications composed of a Preact frontend and a V8-isolated TypeScript backend. We supply the infrastructure, including routing, data polyfills, and background orchestration components.

3. Intellectual Property

• Your code: You retain complete ownership of the output generated by the AI on your behalf, including UI logic, CSS patterns, and server logic. You are free to export this code to an external repository without penalty.
• Our Platform: Site Mills retains all rights to the underlying agent orchestration, code parsing engines, runtime proxy architecture, and proprietary UI dashboard designs used to deliver the service.

4. Appropriate Usage & Sandbox Contraints

The backend of your generated applications runs within our proprietary V8 isolates. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to bypass polyfill layers to access underlying host infrastructure asynchronously.
• Generating applications designed primarily to distribute malware, orchestrate DDoS attacks, or scrape data en masse without authorization.
• Exploiting execution time limits, compute caps, or utilizing the unmetered AI capacity for generic LLM API routing (proxy bypassing).

We reserve the right to instantly terminate isolate execution contexts and suspend accounts found violating these constraints.

5. Uptime & Liability

Site Mills is an evolving, highly-complex platform combining deterministic orchestration with non-deterministic model generation. While we strive to maintain high availability and accurate code history backups, we cannot guarantee absolute fault tolerance. You agree that Site Mills will not be held liable for temporary downtimes, LLM hallucination-induced bugs in deployed apps, or sudden integration breakages resulting from active development sprints.

6. Subscriptions & Usage Fees

Your access parameters are based on your subscription tier. Overconsumption of compute bandwidth via high-volume external REST calls, continuous AI studio interactions, or aggressive cron triggers may result in automatic rate limiting. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen tier.

7. Modifications

We may amend these terms at any time by posting the updated version to this page. Continued usage post-modification implies consent to the revised terms.
